If your a holder of NAGs, it seems there is a choice between believing NAGs is a Dog Stock or a Great Buy.
So what is the basis for such a choice.
You can believe Posts such as this one by Fishi - Re PASS storage ... "turns out $20 a ton is more like it and it can be stored all over the place in VIC because they don't have enough regulation in the construction ind".
Partly correct, partly not. PASS cannot be stored for $20/T, the repetition of a lie (believed by but not started by Fishi) does not make it true but the Construction Ind has been able to get rid of General Fill for $20/T & has included PASS in the disposal ( by wrongly classifying) and gotten away with it due to lack of enforcement by Regulations.
It is not true however, that that will happen with Govt Infrastructure Projects. If it were true, the Govt would be blatantly breaking its own laws, the law makers would be the offenders. That is not going to happen. It would be a mockery.
So forget $20/T for Infrastructure Projects.
As for timing of JH Contracts, only JH knows when, but if you believe they have already been announced, then you are believing lies made by unscrupulous posters - made without any attempt to substantiate.
PASS won't start coming out of the PreWorks for probably another 4mths. It will be around the 4th Qtr of the year or just before. PreWorks isn't due to finish til early 2018 & PASS will be in the 2nd Half of the project.
So before bailing based on false assumption & blowing a lot of money, ask who you are believing. How will you feel if/when NAGs does announce its 1st PASS Contract whenever that may be (within a month or 2 or 3). One contract even if its small eg PreWorks PASS, means NAGs is in the game for the whole 6m Tonnes - the full capacity of those pits - over the next 5-10 years.
That is hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for NAGs, thats the Co you either hold or did but sold. That's the choice, who you believe.
I'm saying, there are no alternatives to take that quantity of PASS. It will be regulated & the price will be somewhere around $100/T.
