Are you still blaming CG and saying '' sold out by now'' ? It reminded me of something . Rubber band theory indeed .
From JetBlue 23/09/16
''NAGs Share Price since Nov 2016 has gone from around 4c to 13c today.
All of this while the Biggest Shareholder is Selling Out - an Av 1 Million Shares/Week.
And the Directors are accumulating along with about 500 New share Holders.
So who has got this right - the 4 directors & 500 New shareholders or CG?
This is an interesting question that one could ponder re CGs selling.
I mean - Why is he selling? Are the other stocks that good?
I wanted to find out because, IMO I think NAGs is the best thing I've seen in last 35 years
That's in my Financial lifetime BTW (first 25 yrs ... I don't count, was a pup)
As stated by others in earlier posts, we know he holds AQQ, DGO & PGM.
So how have these stocks been going, I mean fair dinkee die, what's the rub here?
Here is what I found out.
I looked at what %age is held by CG &/or placements to him in each stock
And current share price compared with roughly 6 months ago (30/3/16)
I also did something that I felt was realistic & took a 2nd NAGs position with SP of 25c.
Why, CGs selling was a major factor, so IMO 25c was very realistic.
And his Selling helped the other 3 Co's, it financed the buying of their stocks.
After all, he has sold an Av of 1m NAG shares/week for about 46 weeks now.
... While the Directors and 500 New Shareholders bought!
So I felt 25c would be a Modest Price for NAGs if CG had not been selling.
I actually think it would have been much higher .... but I thought 25c reasonable, you decide.
So this is the result
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4 Column 5 Column 6 1 Item AQQ DGO PGM NAG NAG with No CG Selling 2 SP on 22/9 3.2c 27c 11c 13c 25c 3 SP on 30/3 2.2c 18c 5.2c 11.5c 11.5c 4 Increase 45% 46% 111% 13% 117% 5 CG Holdgs Placement22/6 5.7% 17.2% Selling Off @av 1m/Wk
CG other investments don't compare too badly .... but NAG at 25c would have slaughtered them!
Over 12 months even more so, I would think, since NAGs was around 4c back then.
NAGs at Current SP is not as good but CG is the reason.
So I don't think that is an unrealistic comparison!
But more importantly, if CG has held the SP down for NAGs by his selling,
then his absence from selling in the next 6 months means NAGs will have a lot of catch up.
THATS THE RUBBER BAND AFFECT.
So how do you think they will compare in the next 6 months, given CG selling is nearly spent?
If you ponder that question, NAGs is looking good to at least double, triple, without dumps from CG.
I wonder whether the other 3 Stocks have those sort of prospects ... what do you reckon CG?
Could be a time to re-think. Sold about 46M in 46 weeks, maybe its time to buy back.
No, not serious, he isn't going to do that, he would be admitting a big mistake.
That ain't about to happen but it doesn't need to,
His absence of selling will be the NAGs 2017 catalyst.
If CG doesn't end up with egg on his face, in next 6 mths, then he broke the egg shell!
Heh NAGsters, I think you are the smart ones. At least that's my conclusion.''
