I have closely followed only a few of these small cap stocks throughout my investing career. By follow I mean observe the depth several times a day (maybe miss 1 day a year, no exaggeration), read all announcements twice. So follow them closely.

Atv is one of the biggest small caps (by MC) I have followed. Atv appears to be the only one in my sights that does not have market makers all over the depth. As I am writing this I can only sell 2/3rds of my holding onto the market, quite scary.... KPKG holding is a few times larger than mine.... petrifying.

If I want to double my holding I will send the SP up 20%. If KpKg doubles his he will double the share price....

How could an investment fund even look at this stock..... It will take them 2 years to open or close a position. I wonder how many potential investors have been scared off by not being able to open or then close a substantial position.
