hey guys can we stop the fighting i think everyone is a little worried and taking it out on each other. some more deserving than other obviously but who cares.

anyway kpkg nice find on that article. they mention that grant money i told you guys about. 700,000 i wonder how much of that we will be getting. i hope the lot.

anyway i found this ..

A person may seek judicial review of a decision by filing a notice for judicial review before the earlier of the following:
(a) twenty-five days after the day the decision is communicated to the person;
(b) six months after the day the decision is made.

it has me wondering if higgins was told of the decision does he only has 25 days to file a judicial review ? and maybe the 6 months could be used e.g. the government gave us park land and no other party was informed at the time.
if this is the case it has now been more than 25 days. fingers crossed.

if anyone knows I'm thinking to be wrong please feel free to shut me down.

ill keep doing a little reading and if i find anything i like ill post for approval or ridicule.
