they are only a daily chart = 24hr time zone,
above the red line you are long, below short..
each of no's are strong support /resistance..
you might only want to take 10 tics out of the trade,or with x contracts
depends on how you trade..
but it is a guide for the day. but as always it depends on how you use it..
