Yes. Lost all my trust in this stock and the board after the last CR. Sold all my holdings at a big loss but got bit lucky to exit around 0.65 - 0.68 range.
No retail investor should participate in the CR. Price will definitely drop below the offer price once instos drop their shares.
Big lesson learned. Never invest in companies that are run by bad management however attractive the industry and the potential market it operates in. Incompetent management will always find a way to run a company to the ground.
