    Why would you want to buy via SPP and not just buy at market considering difference is just 2 cents right now?
    If you subscribe to the SPP today, your shares will be settled only on 15th. So your funds are basically locked away until then. If the price drops between now and settlement date, you will make a loss even before your shares are settled.
