Annual reports that I have always read have notes at the end of the financial reports that give further detailed info on those reports.

One of these notes that I have seen on every other report, and should be here, but is ommitted, is; 'events subsequent' to the reporting period. It is here such info of debt repayment to RRS should have been reported if it occurred.

I have no idea why management have not included this required note, and this just adds to Okrap style smoke and mirrors by leaving this out.
