i take your point., however at the time of the proposed raising the sp was around 10 cents, hence the raising could have been done at 8 cents say. Because it was not done persistent speculation regarding the need for cash has driven the sp to these levels , where the directors can now issue themselves shares at 1 cent as you say and take total control of the company
