Except two things, they're not about to spend valuable money, needed for trials, until they're cashed up from a deal(s)...
also, have seen other stocks hammered upon listing without the required news flow or events... either global OA deal or accelerated approval could help this... but, regional deal(s) or mps deals wouldnt be enough to sustain it (or the cost of listing)...
