The well worn maxim in Real Estate = LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION
I would suggest in most businesses = MANAGEMENT - MANAGEMENT - MANAGEMENT

I have been around long enough to have seen businesses with excellent even unique products fail due to issues related to management. I certainly hope PET is not another such business. If so, my loss will be significant. IMHO, many ‘bang on’ about how wonderful is our product ... yet, that will be inadequate / insufficient to salvage the situation unless a suitably wonderful management cannot be forged for the salvage operation.

It was not the product that got us into this situation (such as a recent review of previous positive results/findings &/or a sudden discovery of formerly unknown or undisclosed side-effects, etc) ... IMHO it was failings on the part of management! It is usually easier to fix something when it is known how it broke.

I am calling it - MANAGEMENT !!
