For those that may have missed it - ZZ has gone from EVS.

For those that are interested, look at the rapid fire responses from EVS following ZZ’s sudden resignation from PET (eg EVS Q1 announcement the next day - 01/10/20) plus the strategic move to set a very short-term deadline for Directors’ application for an AGM where it’s date hadn’t even been set ... plus prompt info to market that ZZ did not apply by last Thursday’s 5pm deadline.

IMHO, the manner in which EVS have managed the past couple of weeks regarding ZZ on its BOD is an excellent example (if not indeed a ‘template’) of good management.

COME ON, PET ... let’s now see some good management for all of us still holding in this post-ZZ era of our company.
