I am very excited about the foam presentation. I recall DW saying that orthopaedic docs asking him for samples to treat rotator cuff conditions. With partial tear of the cuff I envisage MTX foam being injected via a syringe and needle under local anaesthetic and under ultrasound guidance. A simple outpatient procedure. Also i can see the foam used for torn hamstrings, non resolving tennis elbow and many acute and chronic orthopaedic conditions where surgery is not advisable. Think also pec major muscle injuries which is season ending for many athletes. Steroids help reduce inflammation but MTX promotes healing. A very exciting expansion of TAM.
