Whytee I was thinking in cases of painful partial tears especially in the elderly who may not be offered an open operation and the results in the elderly are not good with a high recurrence ratio. As I stated i am excited about the foam possibility where it can be injected into the site of repair in an outpatient setting. Think the possibility of using it in pulled hamstring cases to speed up recovery. Worth a trial at least. I am sure DW would oblige his orthopaedic doctors.
