a great account. BTM encourages the healing process of granulation. Wound healing is only as good as the blood supply. I can see BTM and MTX being used routinely to encourage blood vessel growth and repair in the old and diabetic population. Surgeons want good healing and good function and will use PNVs products to achieve these outcomes. As Swami says a lot of the progress is surgeon lead.
