The upcoming manufacture of various thickness of BTM will reduce the need to "Stack" layers.
To my knowledge there is no biological dermal template that allows you to stack and for the surgeons to replace their divots.
Just one of many features/properties that contribute to the ever widening moat.

Current pull back in share price may relate to sales to Government hospitals in India commencing later than anticipated. I thought that they might start about now but I recall from the online presentation that they are expecting Government hospitals to pick up in early 2025.
