We are using for traumatic upper and lower extremity wounds. We are not burn surgeons (although the burn surgeons at our hospital now use it almost exclusively). I'm US based and have been amazing by the growth in the sales team and in corporate. Had no idea how small they were when we started working with them a couple of years ago. The only thing holding them back is getting the word out and getting it in the hands of physicians. I'm still amazing by the number of people who have not heard of or seen the product! This is all changing and think we are going to see rapid growth in the next couple of years.
