surgeons are not flim flam merchants, they have a genuine desire to help their patients / all patients ...
to suggest that they would attempt to deceive by publishing only positive case studies for a new treatment or new technique and so in effect skew the available data ..
is frankly a gratuitous insult to them and their profession..
it these are the ethics you are used to dealing with, then I can only suggest that you have been spending to much time with hedge fund managers
