Just to be devil's advocate. Providing BTM to treat wounded in any uncontrolled environment is open to risks as well. Imagine wounded being treated by not trained surgeons, debriment not done well enough and BTM applied incorrectly. Possible infections of the wounds not being treated on time due to their medical staff shortages. Whilst our product is one of the best in the world for treatment of burns and wounds it still needs trained professionals to provide the treatment.
