Understanding Costs of Care in the Operating Room
This paper estimated costs in 2014 for California as US$36-37 per minute. Adjusting for inflation that's about US$50 per minute (though I suspect that theatre costs inflation is greater than average inflation figures).
If the median theatre time saving is the same in California as here, that would be 407 mins X US$50, that is US$20,350.
I imagine that hospital administrators would be salivating at that calculation
