How do you get stats out of a compilation of case reports? You realise you need a power calculation and standard measurements across different clinical sites to try to account for as many variables as possible? You need a protocol and data monitoring and GCP.
You all get very sensitive when someone suggests you don’t understand clinical trials or regulatory pathways but every day you all consistently provide more and more evidence that you don’t. Maybe I should pull some stats on that.
Confirmation bias is a real thing and it’s very evident in these threads.
