I'd assume they'll become aggressive with the buy back after results are released and the back out period is over, unless they want a second strike at the AGM. A fair few shares to be bought back between the end of August and the AGM, and given the low volumes traded it could result in quite the rally.
It's not like the BB is even a slight burden on their cash reserves, they make so much interest from that mountain of cash they have that the interest alone could fund the buy back!
