BUYBACK UPDATE 03/09/2024
Unfortunately no buyback announcement this morning, although the price was only briefly below the maximum price yesterday, so it is perhaps understandable the buyback boy did not have enough time (he was probably waiting in line for his chicken salad). Strangely low volumes today, but the price was low enough most of the day to have allowed for a buyback.
Max buyback price for today was $15.51. For tomorrow, it will be $15.82. Importantly, tomorrow is the first day that the max buyback price will be above the previous day's close, so there should be no excuse for not buying back shares on Wednesday as they have all night to prepare (unless of course there is a big gap up at open or they are about to release a major announcement in a few days...)
