My thoughts are that generally when some head of a company goes into retirement or leaves it usually happens quite quickly, especially if they are leaving a sinking ship or have a better offer. Health issues more often bring instant departures.
With GJ staying till Aug 31 it appears to me he will leave with a bang. With several years of hard work I feel he still has something to offer in this next 2 months.
He has been baking his cake and is about to apply the icing for this iron ore hungary world!
My thoughts do unfortunately contain the wonderful ingredient HOPE though.
