IMO:
Actually it's ALL about DEBT SPIRAL survival (likely too late now!) and vastly better use of SHAREHOLDER FUNDS.
As for your statement regarding more about COPPER & NICKEL, that is just ABSURD and if you were running this shambles the $100-150M they have already obtained and spent from shareholders and other funding arrangements are worth NIL!!!!!!!
