The TH said the impending announcement is regarding 'funding and finance transaction'.
CLZ has to date not done a single funding/capital raise/finance transaction that has been good for shareholders.
Their last effort was to issue the CN which at face value are now worth more than CLZ's MC and can be converted to shares at a 20% discount.
They also have a series of 'short term loans' which appear to never get repaid and are on loan shark interest rates.
To think that the coming announcement is going to be 'Big', in a positive way, is to ignore absolutely everything that CLZ has in fact done to date.
