If the Cn's and the Short Term Loans are all held by CLZ "owners" then when they hit the wall, they are the creditors. A collapse and liquidation of the company would see the creditors being paid out first from a firesale of assets. The Gekko that shareholders (we) paid for, will be sold, along with other assets, and the money will go straight to the creditors, which appears to be CLZ management and friends. Until CN holder name list is released this is the only assumption I can make. Until Gold is poured, this appears to be the structure of the financial position. Money has not been put into developing the gold mine in any major way shape or form unfortunately.
