That's a good question!

Suspension can occur at entities request (like the ones CLZ has requested) or not at entity's request.

IMO:

I would be concerned that the ASX may suspend CLZ (not at entity request) for:
1) General rule 17.3, (Archean Resources fiasco or other investigation by ASX/ASIC) or
2) Failure to lodge documents 17.5. (Preliminary Final Reports and Half Years Reports are Overdue already!) or
3) Compulsory acquisition (who knows?),
