As the share price falls , the percentage of shares rises , that the CN note holders can convert into. Very similar to how a put option works ! I was under the understanding that if you wanted to own more than 20 per cent of a listed company , you had to make an offer to the rest of the shareholders -Not just issue a Convertable Note like the board of ClZ has done , where are you ASIC?
