Maybe its that story that should make minority shareholders realize that its no good complaining after its all happened. Dont hold your breath waiting for ASIC to protect you - nothing like having an independent director at the meetings.
We need to get someone to actively promote for change.
Saw the notice of AGM today. I am going to vote in favour of Mr Gerry Pauley being appointed and on principle will vote against the re-appointment of Mr R Catelan.
