I just started to look at getting business support through the NSW portal.
Apart form being inappropriate and intrusive I cannot get through to speak to advisories. Some requirements have no basis whatsoever so they make the ATO look like a angel. With NSW its George Orwells 1984 all over again. I think we know some puppet masters are behind this but I do not think they comprehend what is going on at street level.
Looks like I will be calling the ATO for advice.
Can't even see a time schedule.
This is so bad, so many businesses are going to fold and withdraw services as they are not viable under these restrictions.
I think I might even visit the local member and indicate they missed the mark and are pretty far from professional and flexible, let alone agile.
