Its almost like the NSW government does not respect the Federal government governance and other checks and balances of experts that afford more agility for anomaly scenarios for people doing the right thing.
Why fuss over two weeks?? Why not go for 52 weeks or does Harvey Norman not like that because they can't get a kick back for a short term blip??
