I think it started with the dispute notice from BPL back in November:
"The dispute relates to those drilling activities which have commenced outside of therequisite approval processes set out in the Thackaringa Joint Venture (TJV) and remain at the solerisk and cost of COB."
I opened this thread to discuss all aspects of the dispute. What is the legal situation? Where did it go wrong? Who is to blame? How will it be resolved? Let's hope for relevant and constructive contributions!
Personally: I was a early into COB, at 0.20. For money management reasons I took profits (sold half) when COB was above the dollar.
Lately I sold the remainder as I think it will not recover fast enough to warrend staying invested.
