I suggest timing would always have been in the hands of the Expert, scheduling/availability etc. Unlikely to be rushed and not subject to outside influence other than the initial and any updated submissions. It appears clear that these determinations are remarkably confidential from historical information, with the process being remote from the parties apart from initial or updated submissions, which no doubt leads to a much more secure information flow than many other ASX listed details.

I noted that the extent of the ruling changed 1st July 2019 with addition of a 5th BPL dispute notice included in the Determination.
