Gaps like this one don't often show up on the S&P500. It also looks more unusual as it sits above the September high. Most unusual, perhaps caused by the computers covering shorts at the open as the prior session closed above the September high. I'm mindful of the potential of the market coming back and closing hte gap before pressing higher. I've got a few majot trend lines of the s&p futures at 1759.5 and 1763.75 which should give a reaction. To have the market come back 30 points to fill the gap when it is going gang busters like this might be too much to ask.
