I will forever be grateful to the USA for holding up democracy and fighting those imbecile thugs from Germany TWICE in two world wars. Or else, we all would have been squashed under a rather a rather grubby Nazi boot. No doubt, there are some on this site who would been excited at such a gruesome and brutal eventuality, but certainly not those of the Jewish faith, who would have been burnt to a gruesome death by delighted nasty German Gestapo thugs.
