I have never heard that a country which accumulates vast amounts of money for itself, being classified as a 'capitalist' country. Never!
The distinct advantage that is held by capitalist countries over countries that are run by the State, is the profit motive underlying private enterprises. That is not to say,of course, that greed can not, at times, overwhelm private enterprises and consequently, the State.
I find your effort to differentiate between Fascist states like Germany and Italy, and Stalin's Russia, interesting, as they all had one hideous thing in common - they were all run by a single minded thug who had no sympathy whatsoever, or time, for private enterprise or the individual! And, as I have mentioned before, such people do also exist, at times, in free enterprise organisations!
