While the USA has denounced actual colonialisation,
post WW2 it devised a less intrusive form in economic colonialisation.
with ongoing wars to effect regime change and install its extractive
economic colonial regimes led by US Multinationals.

The Multinationals, however , let Uncle Sam down by not repatriating
profits and not paying US Taxes.

Perhaps it has met its match in China...eh?

IMO, from an economic point of view, the USA should declare war on Tax Havens
instead of on 3rd World Countries
