IMO our focus should be on Aus & how the demise of the US
is likely to impact on Aus

Add to that the impact, if any of the Ukraine War

And further, looking forward: what-if similar economic sanctions
were to be imposed on China (say next year)
Would this bankrupt Aus and if so, what should we be doing
now to mitigate that risk?

At present despite Chinese economic sanctions on Aus, we are nearly 40%
economically dependant on China still!

When I suggested strategies to minimise our economic dependance, ironically
it was Right Wing supporters that lambasted these ideas.
