I had quoted someone who once told me that:

"Pessimists might get to sound smart for a while, but Optimists get to prosper by taking opportunities."


I'll add a rider to that quote by saying,

"Pessimists might get to sound smart for a while, but Pessimists that post bile on an anonymous internet forum most waking hours of the day, as well as evenings, every day of the week (including weekends) sound like very sad individuals."
