Yes. And importantly, the reason why there were improvements in every respect after ww2. Was because thats what a world war does. Destroys so that things can regrow. everything from buildings to economies. And even things like humans/ families ( this is the unfortunate part) If we were honest, we have been heading towards another big war. But the powers thought it might be better to destroy economies, businesses a different way. Ie wait for a pandemic. It also gets a very important aspect going as well. Lots of debt.. Which is also a byproduct of war. For example , UK was still paying ww2 wartime loans to USA for their help into this century .Interestingly, it had to be done in gold. So whats happening with this pandemic, is a way serves a purpose of like a kind of 'war'. i wonder if it will work.
