I have never ever heard that said before 'that Germany still has a superiority complex.
Has Germany learnt nothing from being defeated in two wars.
I doubt Spain, Italy, Greece etc think Merkel is their friend. Germany is still the European top dog and they like to bully others around via the World Bank. IMHO
