Michael, tcl provided div guidance of 44.5, which does put div2 below div1. But I think they are just being cautious. My guess is that div2 will also be 22.5, maybe even 23.
You are right IMO that tcl is now key to road infrastructure in oz. It's global footprint isn't there yet, but slowly gaining trust on us eadtern seaboard.
