I believe that all 10 mil sell offers are our underwriters, the higher ones representing the profit they intend to make.
The lower orders at 0.2 cent appear to be risk reduction in offloading half their shares at issue price.
Once that would be achieved and some money from the CR has been retained, the actual profit can be targeted.
