I'm buying more at these levels. When this sort of thing happens, where its a given that the price is cheap but its possible it may get cheaper, its important to be disciplined and buy in chunks 1/5 - 1/10th what you feel you want to buy. This allows plenty of fuel in the tank if price goes lower, but puts skin in the game at these low levels in case price picks up.

NHC could easily push the price back to over 12.5c in less than a week if they were to get up to 19.9%.
