That sounds like doom and gloom ctindale however I very much doubt that it will all happen at once.

This may or may not pan out like this over many many years(Possibly 10-20) IMHO.

Maybe in 20 years property is deflated by 50% on an inflation adjusted value basis?

As for Gold well that's now probably the only thing other than Silver that they can inflate now with a reasonable argument for that inflated price being currency collapse and untust in the banking systems.

Even though Gold equities will be smashed from time to time in corrections they will still outperform all ofther stocks out there if the price of Gold rises.

People always flock to where the money is.
