This was our sad reality at one time. Not one of the many MOUs we signed came into effect!!

I wonder if we should be looking into the refurbishment works? Is it possible to save a few million of dollars on these works in the current climate? We don't even have to specify that time is of the essence. This will take undue pressure from the shoulders of Management and enable them to come up with the best solution for POS at a discounted cost. The refurbishment can probably be completed by mid next year.

I know that there are uncertainties about COVID-19. However, China seem to have it well under control.We also were not too affected. May be its worth a thought by Management. This can be one of the rare construction / mining projects where there is no time constraint / pressure due to a strict handover date.
