Mate its kind of in a demiltarised state over here in the big smoke (pun intended). Sydney is deadset a horrible scab of a place down south around the ports and if you love traffic and I mean really love traffic then move anywhere North or North West.

We have had to put up with Creepy Real Estate Supporters (Rich Dad bookers)for years now and they are all toothless predators now, but in essence its always been a very thin veneer and something was always going to give out here in regards to Sydney property/lifestyle.

Perth apparently is party town and cheap! And you have a million people over here who just dont care anymore about being here!
