    So it looks like Hobart, Gold Coast and Sydney property markets are all in a bit of trouble.

    Anyone here from Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth etc?

    I did just have a look on realestate.com.au though and I couldn't help but notice that an awful lot of new listings have appeared lately and all of a sudden the backlog of unsold properties is getting bigger again. Hmm...
