While you may very well be right both with your 'no way' comment and your view that Cityview is indeed nothing like the company it was before, I'd also suggest that the market is nothing like the market it was before.
To confirm this, just look at the Nov 07 update: Pre offshore oil, pre Pensador, pre refinery etc, but nonetheless an SP about to go to 39c!
Again, not saying things haven't changed re delays, unfulfilled promises etc, but the market has also changed, and it has spoken.
So, rightly or wrongly, I still see potential for improvement...
